Took a family heirloom ring in for an appraisal. Staff was attentive and friendly. The ring was cleaned (which was a very nice surprise) and the appraisal completed within a couple hours. The documentation and photo folder Windsor provided was far above my expectations. Have been a Windsor customer for many years. My wife and I bought weddings rings at Windsor in 2004. Would never go anywhere else...

Absolutely amazing service. Went in to have links removed from my watch band. My normal experience is that took 15 minutes. The gentleman looked at it on my wrist, barely 5 minutes later he'd finished the job. I could not believe it. I committed on how fast he was. He actually said it took him longer than he liked. Absolutely shocked. I'll be back to have watch batteries installed.

I absolutely recommend the team at Windsor Jewelry for antique and heirloom restoration! I brought in a precious family heirloom that is more than 110 years old, and the team treated it with the utmost respect and care. Their knowledge of jewelry structures and modern finishes is very much appreciated. They expertly repaired one of the stone settings and restored the wedding band by appling a flawless palladium finish that completely brought it back to life while preserving its vintage soul. Admittedly, we had some initial concerns with early communications, but after expressing my viewpoint Jeremy immediately stepped in to expedite completion of the service and alleviate any remaining doubts. We were so touched by his dedication and exemplary approach that we felt more than comfortable to repair two more of our treasured pieces of jewelry, as well as begin working with their in-house designer (Julie) for a custom piece using our own gemstones we have been desiring to create for nearly a decade. If you have a priceless piece of history that needs expert hands, or you have an idea for jewelry that you want to bring to life, this is the first (and only) jeweler I would trust.

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings here and the customer service was great. No appointment needed, we walked in and someone helped us out immediately. After we ordered our rings they kept us updated every step of the way, and when I wanted to alter my ring design they quickly and easily changed the design. I recommend for anyone wanting to buy wedding/engagement rings.

Windsor was extremely professional and welcoming. I went to 5 different jewelers looking for the best price for my custom engagement ring, and their quote was significantly less than all of them. I needed customization, and Julie was very receptive and accommodating with my complex design. I also had a rushed time table which they accommodated for. I would highly recommend this establishment, as they are a good business in a field of leeches.

Went to Windsor on a recommendation from my wife's coworker to get my ring resized and was immediately helped. Was finished the same day and when picked up everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. After wearing it overnight the ring was just a bit too tight so we went back and they helped immediately on stretching it out to make it perfect for no additional cost. Will be going here again for anything jewelry related in the future!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. My wife bought me these beautiful opal earrings, and then we ended up coming back to get a gift for my mother. We would definitely come back in the future.

I am so thankful that Windsor was able to stay in business. Their new storefront is absolutely beautiful, and their staff have been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and informative! They have replated a ring of mine I received from another business beautifully, and I look forward to continued business with them! I would highly recommend anyone to stop in, whether its for a new piece, or restoring/cleaning an old one!

I found the perfect retirement present at Windsor Jewelry. The sales rep showed me many options and there was no pressure to make a sale. The check out experience was very kind too. It’s nice to know there is a local store that also does jewelry repair and designs. I’m very happy with my purchase! I recommend them!

Cute little jewelry shop. Had them repair two older pieces and they really took care of me. They had them done so quickly that I had to wait until the following day to come collect them. The prices were better than reasonable. I’ve had one of the items replaced two other times and Windsor did better work for less money. Will absolutely be back for future repairs.
